Is ₹1,69,000 really the full fee for a senior hire?
Yes. For a Senior role (₹30L to ₹50L CTC) the fee is ₹1,69,000 flat, exactly as in the fee table, plus GST. No platform fee, no add-ons, no sourcing surcharge.
When do we pay?
Only when your hire joins. No retainer, no upfront fee. If you do not hire, you pay nothing.
What if we don't like any of the shortlisted candidates?
We go back and find more. The search stays open until you have had a genuine chance to hire.
What is the 90-day replacement guarantee exactly?
If the person you hired through Sunday leaves within 90 days of joining, for any reason, we restart the search for the same role at no extra fee.
Can we use white-glove search for several roles at once?
Yes. If you are hiring for 3 or more roles at the same time, talk to us about a volume arrangement.
How is this different from the Sunday AI shortlist?
